Capacity
The main hall in the Venue can comfortably seat 115 guests, leaving ample room for a dinner buffet, dance floor, DJ, dessert and gift tables, and bar. The covered porch, attached to the Venue, can seat an additional 100 guests.
Covered Porch
The covered porch offers additional space for any event. It overlooks breathtaking rolling pastures and has easy access to the main hall and lawn. Recommended uses for this space include: overflow guest seating, cocktail hour, etc. Permanent string lighting is included with all rentals and creates a romantic ambience.
Main Hall
Mostly white, with modern black accents, the Venue can easily be personalized to achieve your vision. An indoor ceremony can be setup in front of our whitewashed, pine accent wall. Three glass garage doors divide our indoor space from our covered porch. Feel free to roll them up during events to bring the beauty of the ranch inside.
French Bar
The French bar is included in the rental of the Venue. The bar has plenty of prep space for hired bartenders and two 100 gallon coolers are provided for your use. A Bunn margarita machine that has two separate bowls is available for rent at an additional cost.
Caterer's Kitchen
The caterer's kitchen is located in close proximity to the main hall, making it easy for your selected caterer to have space to prepare and store food, drinks, and equipment. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, fridge and freezer, and counter space.
Restrooms
There are separate Men's and Women's restrooms located in the Venue. They are easily accessible for all guests.
